Got the wrong size? No questions asked — we'll exchange it for the right one, free of charge.
How exchanges work

Start your exchange
Go to Account → Orders and select "Exchange item" on the order you'd like to exchange.

Pick a new size
Choose the size you'd like instead. We'll hold it for you while your return is on its way back.
3
Ship it back
Pack the item with tags attached and hand it to our pickup courier, free of charge.
4
Receive your new size
Once we receive your item, your replacement dispatches within 2–3 business days.
Eligible for exchange
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and odour-free
- Original tags and hygiene seal (for bras) still attached
- In the original packaging
Not eligible
- Items marked Final Sale
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Requests made after 14 days of delivery
- Items without original tags attached
We currently offer size exchanges rather than refunds to cash or card. If your requested size is out of stock, we'll issue store credit instead. For payment or order issues, see our Refund Policy or contact us.
