By accessing or using the WOW QUEENS website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. Orders under ₹999 paid via COD carry a ₹49 handling fee. Prepaid orders never carry this fee.

Orders dispatch within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and on our Shipping and Delivery pages. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We offer 14-day size exchanges on eligible items. Full details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device display.

All content on this site, including logos, product photography, and text, is the property of WOW QUEENS and may not be reproduced without permission.

WOW QUEENS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
